Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
We have a professional quality control team as per ISO standard, and we also have technical window support our customers do after-sales service during their selling. Our quality control team includes IQC: incoming materials inspection, IPQC: in-process quality inspection, FQC: final quality control, OQC: out of factory quality inspection, QA: quality assurance.
Quality Control Procedures
Our Quality control consists of three parts: supplier quality assurance, incoming quality assurance and process quality assurance. Supplier quality assurance includes supplier audits, supplier quality review, supplier corrective action request, and supplier quality performance review.
